The reason why I chose this recipe I like ratatouille, and I have many tomatoes in my refrigerator. So, it's good time to consume them! Also, I like ratatouille, but I don't know how to make it. So, I want to know good authentic recipe.
You need 1hour to make this ratatouille. I need 30minutes to read this recipe and I have to confirm this site many times to check the material and time.

1. You cut all materials.
2. You bake almost materials that mixed oil and salt in your oven. You bake onion on pan.
3. You stewed all materials and cool down it.
4. You serve it and eat.
You need 1hour to make this ratatouille. Also, I needed 30minutes to read this recipe and I had to confirm this site many times to check the material and time. I almost gathered the materials, but I didn't put in green pepper because I don't like it. I changed baking time and order of cutting, the material to take in of this recipe. My oven is single rack, so I couldn't follow the recipe. Also, I changed order of cutting vegetables. I didn't want to wash my cutting board. I cut the tomatoes at last. It didn't need washing in the middle of cooking. I had thought my ratatouille would be good color by using yellow zucchini. So, I didn't buy and put in paprika that was a little expensive.
I think this recipe's strength is good balance of saltness and sweetness. you need only 3/4 teaspoon of salt and no sugar. It uses only vegetable sweetness. It good for health and low kcal. This recipe doesn't need difficult process. you only do cut and baking and stewing.
The badness is it's hard to use oven in summer. When I use it, the kitchen temperature heats up to 33 degrees. This recipe is difficult to check the process. It is organized the quantity of salt or oil. It easy to cook if can know at first that how amount of salt is need in the sauce, how amount of salt added in pumpkin and so on.
I give 4stars for this recipe. I think taste, health and easy is very good. But using oven was too hot to cook in summer. So, I redused1 star of my assignment.
Ingredients
ripe red tomatoes 2 pounds
eggplant 1 pound
zucchini about 8 ounces
yellow squash about 8 ounces
red, orange, or yellow bell pepper about 8 ounces
olive oil 5 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon
sea salt ¾ teaspoon
yellow onion 1 medium
garlic 4 cloves
red pepper flakes ¼ teaspoon
fresh basil ¼ cup
oregano ¼ teaspoon
black pepper desired amount
I like this ratatouille don't use sugar and chemical seasoning. We need put in sugar and consommé in same recipes. But it doesn't need them so it good for my health and doing diet. I don't like the point of using oven. It's hard for me to heat my room temperature. But I changed that process to baking vegetables on flying pan at the second time.
I give 4 stars for this post. I think taste, easy cooking recipe and health are all good. Also, this recipe is polite. It is written the size of cutting vegetables. There are photos of size. But difficult in confirming the recipe. It is not simple writing. It is reason why I reduced1 star.
I recommend this recipe for my mother. She likes tomato's foods so, she will like it!

I listened that my family has having a new cat nowadays. My family have one cat for 7 years. When I listened that I was worried about the stress of the cat that had been there for a long time. He is a needy cat, so I thought he couldn't accept new cat. But he and new cat are starting get along with each other. It's good news!! I want to go home in Gunma and meet cute cats. Also, a new cat was named "Trako". I thought "kabukiage" is good name, but my family didn't accept it.
