We took part in seminar of nutrition in this week. We listened lecture for specialists of nutrition. To be frank with you, I had thought it would be bored, but it was very interesting for me! I could listen the lecture of nutrition, intestinal environment and so on. It was good time to be deepen my knowledges. Also, I and my friends went lunch to Komeda coffee shop! I ate beef stew! It was very delicious. we played in Niigata station after seminar. Stradey is very busy for me, but it was good day!
